DL - Wauwatosa, WI	-	I predict government employees will riot before end of 2009. Why couldn't the media see how your positive attitude and experience could get us, in some cases, back to normal; and in other cases, progress in developing a dynamic world community. Your global ventures will certainly keep you immune from American pessimism for the next 4 years.
K - New York, NY	-	Lobbyists and lawyers fear professional recession. "Bail-out" cuts them off from fees, retainers, and expensive meetings. Fear not. There are 535 sitting attorneys in Congress that can return their entitlements to support all of above until they oversee their jail terms from fraudulently letting this happen. JB - Kankakee, IL	-	During our call, I liked what I heard about fixing this weak economy. You make sense with your approach for motivation towards recovery vs. bail-out.... I remember you briefing White House and JCS on 21st Century battlegrounds (1983). Backed up by experience on three continents explaining examples of how it works.... I see Connie Morella understood your four-year studies on how we couldv'e avoided all this mess.... Wonder if I'll get seed money for next year's corn and soy bean crops.
WS - Pasadena, MD	-	You got a lot of votes... ...Baltimore Mayor - Maryland Governor and Comptroller was referencing vote count of 700,000 in 2002 Maryland elections. It is worthy of notice because it exceeds by six-times any election count for Palin. In fact, reports are that Gene Zarwell's actual vote counts exceeded most Republican candidate strength post , Beall, Mathias, Bentley, and Morella. That fact in mid-career during a seventeen year / seven campaign career was embraced by Senator Alan Simpson.. “Someone with his kind of expertise should not be overlooked. Gene brings continuity, military perspective, and International savvy. I do admire your 'race for the roses'...”
PD - Westchester, NY	-	Video at 6:30 - Obama say nothing about a bailout - no daddy to coach him. Guess decision skills not mature - or not a seasoned member of any Congressional committee. It must be above his pay grade... Definitely not Presidential. McCain on other hand hasn't a clue. He'll prove that, too. Looks like Bush is being set up by Congress while polls are showing lack of confidence in either presumptive.... Gene who do you want me to contact? Pundits are self centered, media fears revenue loss, and you not pushing a book...
RT - Chantilly, VA	-	Point I make is that when leaders get together and listen to Gene they go away with pride, not looking like deer facing headlights. We always told him not to use a teleprompter, 'cause he's believable just telling us what we need to know. He's briefed the tops around the world - Kings, PM's, MB's, Generals, JCS, Presidents, and many C-Level executives.
BZ - Pentagon	-	When I learned of his Miami experience, I knew we had a real leader. He was on a 10-week tour to 206 TV stations in 1973 on behalf of our Reserve Component members. It was highly successful according to Nielson ratings - many millions of dollars worth of "free airtime" reversing negative perceptions of our Army Reserve. Our goals were doubled in less time.
AS - Miami, FL	-	Our guest that day on "Early Morning" at Channel 5 failed to show. Gene was in the lobby hawking airtime for PSAs. We needed a guest, he agreed. Countdown completed, cue talent, background set fell injuring our anchor. "On-live', he held his own until our weather team sent someone down to the studio 15 minutes into the show. Nothing destroyed his focus.
GH - Grasonville, MD	-	Take an idea, run it by Gene, next thing you're in business earning profits. His talents are unlimited when it comes down to protecting basics as he paves paths to profits - in any venture - manufacturing, virtual, financial, sports, technical, redirection or creating global consortiums between nations.
DE - Towson , MD	-	Zarwell's a dynamo. His plans are well thought out from root cause to projected outcome. His quick studies of complex technologies to simple visualizations are uncanny. Results eliminate symptoms and create healing - profits in business, sobriety in society, and investment opportunities to build GNP without individual off-shore accounts.
BB - Leominster, NH	-	Gene challenged a $2 Million advertising plan after several independent audits and had more success with a $127 ad reaching diverse markets that resolved a 16 year deficit and brought us up to strength in less than six weeks. He's tough on over-kill 'cause his wise use of assets and resources is extremely targeted. Everyone he touches turns to him time and time again, but it is hard to catch him on his 24/24/7 schedule.
T K - Slidell, LA	-	I had a chance to back this guy 33 years ago and didn't. Sorry for that now. He builds networks and uses resources effectively to create profits without greed. And it works.
Ob - New Castle, IN	-	Smart, Gene, not to tell them how to recover a working economy. They're really screwing it up with false hope. Approaching it from a supply side is worst remedy. In today's world you need to approach from... Vote Zarwell President and within our lifetime you will have an economy that works. After all, he's done that, time and time again, in microcosms of society for more than 43 years.
GZ- Bowie, MD	-	As you pointed out, Treasury Sec has leverage to move that risk to others through wholesale "yard sale" in two years returning capital to taxpayer accounts, but will Congress allow that money to flow to reduce losses or to add to it with their take to get re-elected. Uncertainty is less believable than certainty that Congress will use this to its own advantage even though its failure to monitor and oversee its programs. Yet in 2001, regulators were awakened to "Lobbyist Practices" that would collapse it's institutions through fruadulent interpretations of its loose guidelines. Opportunity presents great insight for future deregulation with responsibility that can be leveraged to create spontaneous recovery benefiting investors and taxpayers, but alas it leaves Congress without its pork lobby. A Good thing.
			- Theory supports the thinking as illustrated in Zarwell comparative chart. - Congress who believes it legislates certainty is isolated to lobbyist input that skews in favor of risk for others except their clients. - Investors who are encouraged by bull and fear of bear markets mitigate risk through third parties who seek percentages of uncertainty to produce their revenues - Congressional economics moves money from profits to "wrong" pockets. - Re-enforces precedent that government will cover loss, but unlike Pope and Bart Star cannot offer hail Mary's for penance. - This misguidance empowers government take-over or nationalize private sector entitles until it can move that business to another consortium for relief. - Tax payers get screwed because it was their capital used to bail-out wealthy owners instead as in other nations, government capturing available assets to provide that equity - Bush plan hints at that, but no option offered will include that.
		Much like Allen Bond's moving his assets from his famous Perth Towers to his Indonesian beach house - he got caught, but West Australia recaptured much of it's losses from those who created them. They took his wealth and sent him to prison for five years.
JD - Palm Springs, CA	-	Briefing of this Century, Bush calls meeting of Congressional Leaders including two presumptives to brief them on bail-out since they couldn't handle oversee-task since Clinton ".com" melt-down.
GE - Hurley, WI	-	Wait for a decision. Last one was in 2001 when they all agreed to a war without the information they know now. It won't make a difference. They don't know anything about prudent use of funds or reducing Congressional overhead by 30-40 percent.
CF - Hollywood, CA	-	Put those CEO's and regulators in jail instead of taking $3,685 from every taxpayer (including unborn ones).
DL - Indianapolis, IN	-	Economy could've been addressed over last 22 moths if members of Congress did their jobs instead of campaigning on "OUR CLOCK".
FB - Battle creek, MI	-	Isn't it illegal for members of Congress to campaign while holding office? Conflict of interest????
LB - Springfield, VA	-	Gene’s many accomplishments are noteworthy, not only because of the communications goals they achieved, but also because of the level at which they were executed.
JB - Fort Lauderdale. FL	-	Substance in resolving crisis after crisis. You make it look easy. According to media, it's time for you as in NYC ('65), Apollo ('69), Reserves ('70's) Defense ('80's), Olympics ('96) - International (21 Century). Great grounding for leading America.
GC - West Lake Village, CA	-	After five years knowing you, understanding those intersections between politics, private sector, and public policy. Predictions were as right as your strategy to correct it.
AN - Waukesha, WI	-	Colonel Z: How did subordinate soldiers non -verbally acknowledge / interact / perceive you based on the clothing (uniform) you wore?
			[If you watched the republican Convention coverage, they played that role by focusing on their Foreign War Veterans wearing those familiar VFW Caps. Some actually pinned on their miniatures. Some awards are recurring and have "oak leaf clusters" signifying that. It definitely distinguishes those who served vs. those who avoided or didn't serve.]
		Could be a distinguishing factor in this year's elections???
PS - Eau Claire, WI	-	How can anyone believe either presumptive? Representing their parties is one thing; but representing respective Americans needs to be credible. How can we expect respect from World leaders if we look down on our own with distrust? Scary isn't it? You've always been trustworthy with solid leadership.
JP - Dallas, TX	-	Why is Obama using your mantra of alternate to McCain. He isn't even an alternative to Congress with his Clinton cronies steering his pro-government impositions. Enough is enough. Media needs to see through its greed to support substance. Maybe within our lifetime. Otherwise, those diminishing unborn will never live under American Democracy. "O" 'S writers lead by Biden just steal their material for even more fraud upon voters.
KM - Waldorf, MD	-	Shouldn't lobbyists and members of Congress share liability with percentage professionals for creating this "inflation" imposed upon real workers? Why should innocent tax payers bail them out? There is not one member in government immune to incarceration or fines of total wealth exceeding mean average income for operating outside of their constitutional duties.
Owner - American Business, All States outside of DC	-	Why do we, the taxpayer have to bail out Wall Street? All the rich Bureaucrats from the smallest to the largest have all the money. I have been not been making any money for the last 44 years. The last 4 years I have been razing my prices to steal from the poor to stay in business. I have not paid myself wages for the last 4 years. My company is Broke. If it wasn't for my Father and Mother I would not have anything. I am an American Citizen but I do not belong to any bureaucratic system. AM I REALLY AN AMERICAN??? It will not be to long when we all will have to carry a gun to stay alive, just like in South America. Why should I vote??
CW - Duluth, MN	-	I know you. Your the guy who flew up here in 78 to meet our media. Hope you win. You've got what takes to make things happen in a selfless way. You don't need to apologize for that.

About half a Trillion dollars to bail out percentage professionals, thieves, who leach taxpayers wealth, institute bank theft, inflate college costs, circumvent GSP; all destorying local communities cash flow to recycle decreasing tax resources. McCain's selling blame. Obama's selling peanuts. Scrooge says - "Bah Humbug!". GAO, chief, reports debt goes over $56 Trillion for those decreasing numbers of "unborn".\

			- Jail time for regulators, brokers, and Congress members - Redirect Congressional pay back to State liability for those they elect - Tax blind-trust income at 60% - Remove $2 Million per member of Congressional operating cost estimated at $1 Billion from Federal budget - Ease private sector taxpayer bailout by eliminating tax on Federal salaries, Social Security benefits, Military pay (active and Reserve), all retirement income and its associated Medicare/Medicaid taxes - Tax exemptions for minimum wage, second job, part-time jobs, and vacation pay - Return control of mandated benefits to employers (public and private) to offset accounting fraud by HMO's, third party universal insurance plans, including non qualifying personal-time, and unused sick pay - Return control to Governors for state emergency management contingencies, acquisition of resident contributions, and budgeting performance for constituent service including their representatives state pork packages - Reduce Federal liability for other than federal highways, defense, FICA loans, and discretionary loans to states for isolated catastrophic failures - Mitigate industry and foreign "free rides.
		I'm sure a lot more resolutions are addressed in those five years of CoffeeTalks.
LB - Alpena, MI	-	"Percentage Professional" was coined in CoffeeTalks four years ago. Hits nails and investments head-on. Government needs parity with private sector with a 50% reduction in costs across the board. Your recommendation in your seven previous campaigns.
RF - Tacoma, WA	-	Why does private sector have to pay for Congressional bailouts with hard earned money while members and staffs get full pay and over priced benefits due to their percentage professional cronies?
GS - Presque Isle, ME	-	Now as an investor in AIG with millions of other taxpayers, when do we get our percentage dividend checks? This isn't another scam is it?
